I ordered and received a Gear and Sprocket Kit for my 3/4hp 15 yr old Craftsman Opener as the chain sprocket had broken off the drive gear assembly making the opener inoperable. I can not say how satisfied I am and have been with Preferred Doors. Their product line, tech support, pricing, speed of delivery, updates and overall friendliness is superior to any online purchases I have made. If you can save a few dollars at another site, think twice to save a buck. Other companies need to learn customer service and support as Preferred Dorr has always done.
