The product was exactly what I needed and fixed the opener. The only issue I had was the original piece had threaded holes and the new one did not. I had to run out and get a few nits and bolts, but all-in-all it was an easy and effective repair.

Came in a timely fashion, despite not being in stock. Put them up myself, saved over 300 bucks. (Installer wanted 400) I didn't like the website trying to make me get winding rods, for extra cost. I already have some.

My original order came in short one item. Called about it, no problem they shipped it out right away. Very pleased with the customer service.

My shopping experience went very well. Parts were easy to locate and order. Shipping was smok'in fast. Install was super easy and the garage door is now working like new again. Will use Preferred Doors again when the need arises. Thanks guys.
