My original order came in short one item. Called about it, no problem they shipped it out right away. Very pleased with the customer service.

I received four new puleys from Preferred Doors and installed them on my old 1972 vintage garage door today. It now opens and closes very smoothly and quietly, just like new again!

This company is the best. Great service and fast delivery. Had a problem figuring out which part I needed, and a quick phone call and the gentleman steered me in the right direction with the correct part. Now the old Genie screw drive operates like the day it was new.P.S. Being without a garage door opener is a royal pain.........

Got the spring earlier than expected so the delivery is five full stars, excellent product so another five stars. Another five stars for cost of product. And saved significant amount in replacing it myself with a few instructional videos.

The belt was a perfect fit and price was a lot better than our local store.
