Timers

Very easy to do business with, products were shipped and received as promised. Quality of products very good.

Very nice opener, easy to install and set up. Works quietly, nice slowdown of door prior to reaching bottom

Quick ship, good value, part matched the description and worked perfectly.

These seem to be top-notch quality pulleys. In particular, their ball bearings are snug, unlike the wobbly, loose-fitting bearings I bought from a major home supply store, that these are replacing. I will say a word about customer service. The original package was torn open in the mail and the pulleys must have fallen out because it arrived empty. Their customer service immediately sent me a replacement by priority mail, no questions asked.

everything arrived in good order. A phone call took care of any issues I thought I had. Key phrase here is "I thought I had". You see under the new shipping and supply issues they split the part shipments up to get them to me as fast as possible. So when only a couple parts arrived earlier than expected I called them. They where wonderful on the phone and let me know they had to split up the parts to get them out as fast as possible to me. They kept me in the loop by calling me and emails, and at least two weeks (again supply and shipping issues) before I thought I would be fixing my garage door it was all back up and running. Will be using Preferred Doors for all our future needs.
