I called up on a Saturday, thinking that they were open until 4 pm. After talking to Mr. Millard, and finding out that the business was closed on Saturdays, he helped me find the part that I needed for my opener. He talked me through ordering the part and packaged it up and set it up so that I could pick up the part the same day. This is the best service that I have ever received from any place at any time. My old steel rollers were about ten years old, and you never really notice how old and worn they are. What a difference! Quiet, smooth, and a lot less stress on the door opener.
