Great to do business with. Excellent communications. I was expecting a cheap China knock off. Got Genuine OEM part! Fairly good instructions. One step omitted in the written instructions and the videos (NOT YOURS). There is one hole that MUST line up or you will NOT be able to install the "Chain Spreader". At this point in time, if you have installed the part, you'll have to go almost back to square 1. Make sure the hole in the plate lines up with the hole for the screw to anchor the Chain Spreader. Watch for avoiding a flip or twist in the chain. All installed and working well.

Ordered a gear kit to fix my garage opener, as the top sprocket had broken off. The item shipped quickly and was packaged well. Installation instructions were informative but I did not end up following them very closely. The part itself looked to be of OEM quality, if not better, and is holding up well so far (2 weeks after the install).
