It's right during the holidays, and I needed to order an essential replacement part (called a coupler) from Preferred Doors for my Genie garage door opener. The part was placed into the USPS mail the same day that I placed the order, and arrived here in So Cal only three days later. Preferred Doors had the part in stock, at a great price, and also provided pretty amazing service, even beating the shipping time quoted by a competitor on Amazon Prime.

I had a LiftMaster garage door opener system that was obsolete. It was a chain driven AC motor system. It has been a reliable door opener. The remote control failed on the unit. I could still open and close the door with the manual control inside the garage. I decided to buy a new opener since the one I had was obsolete and I didn't want to invest in the cost of repair of the old unit. After installation, I operated the new belt driven DC motor unit and was extremely pleased. This new opener is 10 times quieter than the old chain driven system. I am a happy customer and would recommend this unit to anyone in the market for a garage door opener.

The door control worked perfectly with my new +2.0 security Chamberlain door opener. It was easy to install, inexpensive and well made. The customer service was outstanding.
