Electric Gate Locks

I am a repeat customer. Always able to find the right parts for my garage door opener repair projects.

First and foremost the customer service is great! They were quick to respond to my emails about shipment status AND they were transparent about everything! I appreciate them so much for that! Our item arrived and works great :)

The 3 inch garage door sheaves I ordered are a perfect replacement for the ones installed since 1996. The ones I replaced had bad bearings due to the use of 5/16 vice the required 3/8 attaching bolts and 14 years of service. The price was better than anywhere else and I received them lickity split. I'll most definitely shop Preferred Doors again.

1)Easy to find the part I needed 2) Fast shipping 3) Easy to understand directions included 4) Part fit perfect and garage opener works great again 5) Wife can park inside again so she's happy too

Great price and excellent service! These guys are the real Deal! Steve
