Great purchase, all items were exactly what i needed

The wire rope clamps I ordered are of the highest quality. I checked around and no one could beat the price of Preferred Doors.

I I went to a local hardware store for this wheel. Each one was noisy and bumpie when turned. These wheels are smooth rolling and quiet.

On a Saturday, I called the number on the website to see how to return a torsion spring since I ordered the wrong one. The employee walked me through reversing the installation so I would not have to return the spring. I highly recommend this compnay for all your garage door needs.

Part arrived quickly and was as advertised. Good instructions came with it. I had my garage door opener operational in about 45 minutes. Thanks for great service.
