After talking to Mr. Millard, and finding out that the business was closed on Saturdays, he helped me find the part that I needed for my opener. I had a LiftMaster garage door opener system that was obsolete. It was a chain driven AC motor system. It has been a reliable door opener. The remote control failed on the unit. I could still open and close the door with the manual control inside the garage. I decided to buy a new opener since the one I had was obsolete and I didn't want to invest in the cost of repair of the old unit. After installation, I operated the new belt driven DC motor unit and was extremely pleased. This new opener is 10 times quieter than the old chain driven system. I am a happy customer and would recommend this unit to anyone in the market for a garage door opener.
