I received my Genie garage door carriage assemble very fast and got my garage door working a lot sooner that I thought I would.

I measured old spring and ordered a replacement from Preferred Doors. The spring took a few days to get due to supply chain delays these days. When it arrived, it was packed well, and it was what I ordered and expected. I installed it without any problems, and my door is working again. Time will tell how well it holds up, the old spring lasted over 10 years.

The liftmaster repair kit was exactly what I needed. The parts arrived very quickly and the repair went well. I had enough in the kit that I could rebuild my old part so now I have a spare if ever needed. Thanks for the great service.

Exactly what we needed! Cheapest place to buy these, everywhere else wanted $7-10 for one unit! Shipped and arrived extremely fast, worked out perfectly :) Will definitely return for more items when the time comes!!
