I can not say how satisfied I am and have been with Preferred Doors. Their product line, tech support, pricing, speed of delivery, updates and overall friendliness is superior to any online purchases I have made. If you can save a few dollars at another site, think twice to save a buck. Other companies need to learn customer service and support as Preferred Dorr has always done.

everything arrived in good order. A phone call took care of any issues I thought I had. Key phrase here is "I thought I had". You see under the new shipping and supply issues they split the part shipments up to get them to me as fast as possible. So when only a couple parts arrived earlier than expected I called them. They where wonderful on the phone and let me know they had to split up the parts to get them out as fast as possible to me. They kept me in the loop by calling me and emails, and at least two weeks (again supply and shipping issues) before I thought I would be fixing my garage door it was all back up and running. Will be using Preferred Doors for all our future needs.

the idler seems to work fine. I did a changeover from old chain to belt.
