I called up on a Saturday, thinking that they were open until 4 pm. After talking to Mr. Millard, and finding out that the business was closed on Saturdays, he helped me find the part that I needed for my opener. He talked me through ordering the part and packaged it up and set it up so that I could pick up the part the same day. This is the best service that I have ever received from any place at any time. I had just bought a new double-wide garage door, and looked at the rollers that came with it - looks like junk to me. I searched and found these, so as the installation happened, these rollers are in from the very start. Why wait a year or two and then replace the originals? Looking forward to a long smooth life from these!
Ordered May 12, 2020 late in the day. Here at my house (Md) by noon Fri May 15. Great service from PDoors! Installed pulleys today. They have to be better than the junk ones sold in the big box stores. My door is old, 500lb. no longer made. As others have said the replacement pulleys don't make it a yr. Trying these. Will update as some time goes by...So far great..
