It's right during the holidays, and I needed to order an essential replacement part (called a coupler) from Preferred Doors for my Genie garage door opener. The part was placed into the USPS mail the same day that I placed the order, and arrived here in So Cal only three days later. Preferred Doors had the part in stock, at a great price, and also provided pretty amazing service, even beating the shipping time quoted by a competitor on Amazon Prime.

Parts arrived in good shape and met the specs I required.I would use them again.

I have them on a 8 foot door. They stretch out to 71 inches with the door closed seem to work just fine. I do have a safety cable passing through the springs.

The bearing holders were just what we needed to finish the project. Shipment was fast and good communication from your company. Thanks
