This was my first experience ordering from Preferred Doors, and was more than satisfied. The item was not available locally, and was FIVE times the cost on the universally known website. Shipping costs were very fair, and product arrived in minimal time. Will definitely use Preferred Door again, and recommend them to family and friends.

Came exactly like the Craftsman repair kit from Sears but only $15 (on sale) other than Sears $40.00 price. Got it in 7 days and working fine. Even came with instructions. Definitely a good buy even at their regular price of $25.00. Save $5.00 sales tax to boot.

This is an excellent seller, the item was as described and very fast shipping. When my need for doors or garage door equipment strides, I will most definitely return here.

The 3 inch garage door sheaves I ordered are a perfect replacement for the ones installed since 1996. The ones I replaced had bad bearings due to the use of 5/16 vice the required 3/8 attaching bolts and 14 years of service. The price was better than anywhere else and I received them lickity split. I'll most definitely shop Preferred Doors again.
