We strive to ensure all customers are satisfied. Please verify the correct make and model of your garage door and opener before ordering and select the appropriate part. If you are unsure which part to choose, contact us via email with your question, and we will assist you in selecting the correct part.
All items come with a 30-day money-back guarantee unless otherwise stated. Returns for refunds or exchanges (if available) must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date. Your return must be shipped within 7 days of RMA approval. You will forfeit any possible refund if you do not ship within 7 days.
We make every effort to accommodate both customer and company errors. Below is an overview of our return policy. We aim to satisfy every customer. After 30 days, please contact the item's manufacturer for warranty support. Buyers are responsible for return shipping for refunded items.
Wrong Parts Ordered:
- Verify the correct make and model of your garage door opener before ordering and select the appropriate part. If unsure, contact us for assistance. We are not responsible for incorrect selections.
- We will exchange items ordered in error if the correct part is available, except for garage door springs.
- Contact us to report the error and obtain an RMA number
- Return the item with all original materials (parts, packaging, instructions, batteries, etc.), a copy of the original invoice, and the RMA number written on the shipping label.
- Use a shipper with tracking capabilities. Return shipping is at the purchaser's expense.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and additional shipping charges may apply for sending a replacement.
- Items returned damaged or with parts missing will not be exchanged.
Defective Parts:
- Defective parts will be exchanged within 30 days of the purchase date
- Contact us to report a defective part & request an exchange
- We will provide a prepaid shipping label to return the defective part. Upon receipt, we will send you a replacement.
- Ship the part back to us with all original materials (parts, packaging, instructions, batteries, etc.)
- If an exchange is sent for a defective part and the issue is unrelated to the part, you will be charged for additional shipping costs incurred when you return the item for a refund.
Returns for Refund:
- If you ordered the wrong part and we do not have the correct part, or you no longer want the item, you may return it for a refund within 30 days of the purchase date.
- Returned items must be from the original order and received in original salable condition, undamaged, and including all original parts and packaging (including batteries, instructions, connectors, screws, wiring, staples, etc.)
- Refunds, less shipping, handling, and a 20% restocking fee, will be issued via the original payment method. Used or damaged items, including damaged packaging, are subject to a minimum 50% restocking fee.
- For items with "free shipping", our shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
- Return shipping is at the purchaser's expense. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
- Items returned damaged (including OEM packaging) or with parts missing may not be refunded. Parts marked as "exchange only" are not eligible for refunds. Circuit boards are non-refundable, but may be exchanged once for the same item if defective.
- Control boards and items noted as special order or closeout are not eligible for refund or exchange for different parts.
- If an exchange for a defective part is sent and the issue is unrelated, you will be charged for additional shipping costs when returning the item for a refund.
- Unauthorized returns will incur a 50% restock fee. Non-returnable items will not be refunded.
- Items lost in transit by the carrier will not be refunded if the default shipping insurance has been removed.
- If a package requiring a signature is not signed for and is returned to us unclaimed, we will issue a refund minus shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee upon receipt, unless the buyer contacts us and pays for re-shipping.
