After a problem with usps delivery item was resent and is the correct piece

I couldn't find a local door company that would sell me springs without the installation service, so I looked on the internet. Preferred Doors had what I needed at a very competitive price. Their customer service was very responsive, and I had my springs in less than a week. I installed them the next day, and my garage door is back to working as it should.

Just follow a direction on the assemble manual and everything works as expected.
