This company is the best. Great service and fast delivery. Had a problem figuring out which part I needed, and a quick phone call and the gentleman steered me in the right direction with the correct part. Now the old Genie screw drive operates like the day it was new.
P.S.
Being without a garage door opener is a royal pain.........
I received garage door standard cable lift drums and garage door torsion spring cables quickly. The parts are good quality and are now installed. Thanks for helping me get my garage door working again.
After calling my regular garage door co, and finding out they wanted to charge $125 for install of new part, I decided to search online. Found the exact part with ease for only $8 at Preferred Doors. Part arrived quickly and I installed it my self. Extremely satisfied!
