I am really pleased with the garage door opener and preferred doors. They were extremely fast and responsive to messages. Made the process seamless and even helped resolve a problem with the freight delivery company. They opener itself is amazing! The light is the real star.

The 3 inch garage door sheaves I ordered are a perfect replacement for the ones installed since 1996. The ones I replaced had bad bearings due to the use of 5/16 vice the required 3/8 attaching bolts and 14 years of service. The price was better than anywhere else and I received them lickity split. I'll most definitely shop Preferred Doors again.

A slight different design as far as where the terminals are located for the power to connect but other than that I popped the old socket out and inserted the new light socket. My garage door opener is a Craftsman purchased in 1998.
