Liftmaster 12vdc Primary Actuator Arm

The Liftmaster 12vdc Primary Actuator Arm (LA412DC) is the linear actuator component of a solar-powered residential gate operator system. Driven by a P3 MOTOR® continuous-duty 12VDC motor with precision machined all-metal worm gear reduction, it is engineered to open and close swing gates reliably while maximizing efficiency for solar operation.

This actuator arm is ideal for ornamental or large swing gates and rural gate applications. It is rated for gates up to 16 ft. in length or weighing up to 850 lbs., with a 90-degree opening achieved in 23-24 seconds. Inherent reversing sensing detects obstructions or increased loads, reversing or stopping the gate as needed for added safety.
