The LiftMaster TECHNA-COM Barrier Operator (White) is a next-generation DC commercial barrier operator engineered for commercial and community access-control applications. With a UL Usage Classification of I, II, III, and IV and Fire Department compliance, it is built to handle demanding, high-traffic environments with a continuous-duty rating and a fast 2.5-second open/close operating time.

Powered by a 24V DC brushless motor with soft start/stop, the TECHNA delivers smooth, controlled operation through a 303.5:1 direct-drive gear reduction. An internal spring counterbalance system eliminates the need for external counterweights, while the 10-gauge powder-coated aluminum frame provides corrosion resistance for long-term outdoor durability. Programming and diagnostics are simplified through a DC logic board with a color LCD display and 4-button interface.

Designed for modern connected facilities, the operator features integrated Wi-Fi and Ethernet connectivity and is compatible with the LiftMaster Internet Gateway 828LM and myQ Facility for remote management and diagnostics. It includes LiftMaster Security+ 2.0 with a 3-channel receiver, standard battery backup, and solar capability.
