HySecurity Gate SWGO-Solar UPS Backup
The SWGO-Solar UPS Backup from HySecurity is a backup power solution designed to keep your SwingSmart DC swing gate operator running when AC power is unavailable. Two 12V 8Ah batteries handle gate operation during a power outage, with four user-selectable UPS configurations available to suit your site's needs.
Built for solar-ready installations, this UPS backup supports continued operation when the grid goes down, making it well suited for commercial, multi-family residential, and residential gate access-control applications where uninterrupted access is important. The standard batteries deliver up to 300 cycles after AC power loss, and optional 50Ah extended batteries quadruple the available DC cycles after a power failure.
To get the most from the system, accessory selection matters, since lowering battery power consumption helps maximize backup cycles. The operator's intelligent charging system monitors battery condition to maximize battery life.
