Liftmaster Video Camera Kit for CAPXL-Retrofit

The CAPXLCAM is a USB camera kit designed to add video capability to a LiftMaster CAPXL access-control system. It is supplied as a complete retrofit assembly and is the only USB camera supported by the CAPXL and myQ® Business™ video features, as well as the only camera evaluated by UL for use with the CAPXL.

The kit installs into the CAPXL by replacing the existing camera bracket and connecting the camera via the included USB cable to USB Port #3 on the controller. Once connected, the video feed can be confirmed in CAPXL Admin Mode, where installers verify the camera angle and orientation. Video functions such as event recording and the Guest View Feature are configured through a myQ® Business™ account.

This kit is intended for qualified installers servicing CAPXL units at gated communities, commercial properties, and other managed-access sites. The CAPXL must be running Firmware version 2.0 or higher, and the CAPXL/CAPXLV can connect to a network via wired or Wi-Fi connection. Note that live streaming within myQ® Business™ requires an access-control subscription.
