EMX Industries UNIVERSAL UL325 BEAM PHOTOEYE

The IRB-MON2 is a universal UL325 thru-beam photoeye from EMX Industries, designed to add reliable obstruction detection to gate and access-control systems. Building on the success of the original IRB-MON, this version delivers advanced features in a smaller, more convenient package, with an operating range of 5 to 115 ft (35 m).

Engineered for adaptability, the IRB-MON2 supports multiple UL325 monitoring methods, allowing it to integrate with a wide variety of systems. A removable screw terminal block simplifies wiring—remove the blocks while connecting wires, then plug them back in and secure them. The IP65-rated housing and integrated sensor hood shield the device from the elements for reliable performance and confident installation.

It's well suited for gate operator and access-control installations where dependable, weather-resistant beam detection is required across a range of supported monitoring configurations.
