Liftmaster TECHNA- 12' CBG Aluminum Arm

The TECHNA 12' CBG Aluminum Arm (BGARM12) is a modular barrier gate arm designed for use with LiftMaster barrier gate operators. It is compatible with the BG24DC barrier gate operators, the parking barrier gate operators (PBG24DCW/G), and the commercial/community barrier gate operators (CBG24DCW/G).

This arm ships as a multi-section assembly that mounts into the operator's arm bracket. It supports right-hand or left-hand operation and can be configured for breakaway, swingaway, or fixed installation types, allowing installers to match the arm to site conditions and traffic-control requirements. A magnetic sensor and magnet arrangement is referenced for proper bracket orientation during assembly.

Suited for commercial, community, and parking access-control applications, the BGARM12 assembles segment by segment with the included hardware and is intended to be installed by qualified personnel following the operator manual's attachment methods and safety guidance.
