Liftmaster Smart Reader, Standard

The LiftMaster Smart Reader, Standard (SRDRST) is a single-gang access-control reader designed for gate, garage, and door entry applications. It delivers flexible, secure credential reading for contractors and property owners who need reliable access control at the point of entry.

This standard model supports multiple credential types, including mobile BLE, 125 KHz proximity, and 13.56 MHz smart credentials, and works with the myQ Community app for iOS, Android, and Apple Watch. Users can present credentials using Tap, Touch, or Alert modes, while a tri-state LED light bar (red, green, amber) and an audible beeper provide clear user feedback. Built-in accelerometer-based tamper detection helps protect against unauthorized interference.

The reader connects to compatible LiftMaster door controllers (CAPXLV2, CAPXM, CAPXS, or CAP2D) and supports OSDP with Secure Channel and remote firmware upgradability, as well as multiple Wiegand input data formats. Conformally coated electronics and a wide operating temperature range make it suitable for demanding environments.
