EMX Industries SENSOR ONLY - DIRECT BURIAL W 50 FT LEAD

This is the direct burial sensor component of the EMX Loop Replacement System (LRS), supplied with a 50-foot lead. The LRS uses advanced 3-axis magnetoresistive sensing technology to measure the Earth's magnetic field and respond to disturbances caused by ferrous objects. Three sensing elements provide magnetic field measurement in the X, Y and Z axes, improving detection sensitivity for reliable vehicle detection.

The compact sensor is designed for easy installation in pavement (below grade) with a single saw cut, offering cost savings on labor and materials compared to the multiple cuts and corner reliefs required for inductive loops. Its rugged construction also suits above-grade installations, making it ideal for confined areas or concealment within non-ferrous architectural components for security purposes.

Typical applications include automatic gates and doors, drive-thru windows, car washes, parking and traffic monitoring, and loading docks. This is the sensor only and operates as part of the LRS system with an LRS-C1 Control Unit.
