The Linear MCS109950 is a single-channel gate receiver designed for use with automatic gate operators or systems where a remote antenna is needed. It supports transmitters using the Multi-Code format (300 MHz) as well as the Stanley compatible (310 MHz) format, with both formats selectable and 1,024 system codes that are easy to set via dip switches.

A standout feature is its auto voltage sensing capability, which recognizes the gate operator's correct voltage automatically with no jumpers to set. Operating from 12-30 volts AC or 10.5-30 volts DC, it is normally powered from the gate operator and eliminates any chance of damage to either the operator or the receiver from running off the wrong voltage. This means installers can be assured of always having the correct model gate receiver on the truck.

The MCS109950 has a single Form C relay and replaces three different Multi-Code gate receivers: the MCS109930, the MCS109940, and the MCS109931. It also includes audio test points for connecting audio listening equipment to help with troubleshooting.
