This BD Loops preformed loop is a direct burial vehicle detection loop designed for use with gate operators and access-control systems. Preformed loops arrive ready to install, helping to eliminate the labor and inconsistency of cutting and sealing a loop on site.

Buried beneath the roadway or driveway surface, the loop works with a vehicle detector to sense vehicles for functions such as gate activation, free exit, and safety reversing. The included 40 ft lead provides extended reach for routing the loop wire back to the detector or controller.
