Liftmaster Light Duty Jackshaft-12VDC Sectional
The Liftmaster Light Duty Jackshaft-12VDC Sectional (Model LJ8900W) is a light-duty commercial jackshaft door operator designed to mount on the side of a sectional door equipped with a torsion assembly. It installs on either the left or right side of the door and is intended to be installed and serviced by a trained door systems technician only. This product is not intended for residential use.
Built for light-duty commercial applications, the operator drives the door via the torsion bar and includes an integrated cable tension monitor and the Protector System® safety reversing sensors. As a safety feature, the door will not close unless the Protector System and cable tension monitor are connected and properly aligned. The unit runs on standard 120V, 60 Hz power and should not exceed 10 complete door cycles per hour.
It is suited for high lift and standard lift sectional doors, including doors up to 14 ft. high, up to 18 ft. wide, and up to 180 sq. ft. in area. The operator is not intended for use on low headroom tracks with outside pickup drum, doors using extension springs, or reverse wound drums.
