The Liftmaster Jackshaft Hoist Std Duty (SKU JHDC7S1BMC) is a next-generation standard duty jackshaft (hoisted) DC commercial door operator from the MAXUM Series. It is designed to operate sectional or rolling doors weighing up to 700 lbs in NEMA 1 applications, supporting door heights up to 40 ft. with up to a 10 ft. high lift.

This model runs on 120Vac single-phase or 240Vac single/three-phase power (convertible to 208Vac 3PH or 600Vac 3PH via a separately ordered transformer) and delivers equivalent 1/2 HP standard duty performance for up to 90 cycles per day. It includes a hand chain (hoist) for manual door movement and is battery backup capable. Jackshaft operators are preferred over trolleys in applications where overhead space is at a premium.

It is well suited for commercial facilities requiring reliable access control on sectional or rolling doors. Note that a sprocket is required for installation (sold separately) and is not included with this unit.
