I ordered a another set after receiving the first 4 pulleys to check on the quality and movement. The 8 ball bearings allow a smooth movement and the the garage door does not jerk while opening or closing any more. My old pulleys are over 30 years old and the originals when the house was built. I've been oiling them all this time and didn't realize how badly worn they were until I removed them! Definitely should've replaced a long time ago. I'm now considering replacing all the garage door wheels as well. A 3 ft rubber bungee strap helps to make this a easy job to do. (Posted on 8/1/2018)

Three out of four pulleys went bad at the same time and one cable broke as well so garage door was stuck open for a few days but not nearly as long as we expected since you shipped the replacements so quickly! We were so pleased and my husband fixed the door that night and was amazed at the perfect fit and quiet operation of the door. Apparently the old ones gradually got noisier and we just didn't notice it. We would definitely recommend you company and if anything more goes on the door, we'll be contacting you!
