This unit is rated for standard-duty operation of up to 25 cycles per hour and up to 90 cycles per day using a continuous-rated motor, with an operator speed of 8-9 inches per second. It features a Solid-State Logic 5.0 circuit board, mechanical limit settings, a programmable timer-to-close, and a floor-level emergency release sash chain with auto-reconnect when tension is removed. A 3-Button Control Station with Maintenance Alert System (MAS) provides convenient wall control.

With myQ Technology, the operator enables remote monitoring and control of the commercial door via smartphone, tablet, or computer (LiftMaster Internet Gateway and myQ app required). Its heavy-duty steel construction and integrated safety features make it well suited for everyday commercial use.
