This model features a 1/2 HP single-phase motor configured for 115V/230V dual voltage operation. It is engineered for durability with a 45:1 first-stage heavy-duty gear reduction running in an oil bath, a cast iron housing, sealed roller bearings, and a #50 output sprocket chain. The Logic 5.0 solid-state circuit board provides programmable controls, while myQ Technology enables remote monitoring and control via smartphone, tablet, or computer (LiftMaster Internet Gateway and myQ app required).
Designed for safe, reliable manual override and operation, the unit includes a floor-level emergency release sash chain with auto-reconnect, a standard brake, mechanical limit settings, and built-in run-time and reverse protection. With universal mounting up to 2 HP and a heavy-duty steel frame, it is well suited for high-cycle commercial environments.
