ASO Safety Solutions 5' Edge Kit, Sentir Model

This 5' Sentir model safety contact edge kit from ASO Safety Solutions Inc. is a UL Recognized entrapment protection device for gate and garage-door operators. Each kit includes everything needed to assemble a complete edge, including the contact edge, aluminum channel, and all assembly components.

What sets this kit apart is its included selection of termination plugs—8.2K, 10K, and Normally Open (non-monitored)—allowing a single edge to work with a variety of operator manufacturers to meet UL325 standards as well as non-monitored applications. This eliminates the need to stock multiple edge variations. The edge should only be used with operator manufacturers that call out the ASO Sentir model edge as a tested and compatible entrapment device for their ecosystem.

Designed for both vertical and horizontal mounting, the edge supports configurable cable exits and water drain plug positioning during assembly. Safety contact edges may only be assembled and installed by authorized personnel.
