Liftmaster 3 Phase Transformer Kit

The 3 Phase Transformer Kit from Liftmaster (Model 3PHCONV) is a voltage-conversion accessory designed for use with select gate operators. It changes an input voltage of 208/240/480/575 Vac into a 120 Vac output, allowing compatible operators to run from higher-voltage or three-phase power supplies.

This kit is intended for use ONLY with the following gate operator models: INSL24UL, IHSL24UL, HDSL24UL, HDSW24UL, SL3000U/UL, CSW200U/UL, CSL24U/UL, and CSW24U/UL. The transformer mounts directly to the operator chassis (some models require no mounting hardware, while others use the included bracket or carriage bolt), and wiring is routed to the junction box with line voltage and low voltage wires kept separated using the supplied wire sleeve and cable ties. Both single-phase and three-phase wiring configurations are documented, with color-coded leads for selecting the correct input voltage.

All installations and electrical connections must be made by a qualified individual, and electric and battery power must be disconnected before installation. The kit also includes replacement rating labels to update the operator's documentation after conversion.
