These are the best pulleys you can buy for your garage door. Yes, they are a bit pricey compared to the big box cheap junk pulleys that don’t last. Do yourself a favor, buy the best and do the job once. These should last a long time with there sealed bearings. (Posted on 12/11/2017)

This pulley seems much stronger than the sheet metal ones sold at Home Depot. We have a large and heavy 2-car door, (300#), after the original 1964 vintage USA-made pulleys wore out, had been going through the lousy Home Depot ones every 6 months. Hopefully this cast iron one with a replaceable bearing will last as long as the originals. I hate working on my garage door and just want it to work with no fuss! (Posted on 6/3/2016)

Don't waste your time and buy the cheap galvanized, stamped, pulleys. These have real sealed roller bearings and replace the cheaper ones with no problems. I have replaced enough cheap pulleys to justify obtaining these. They function smoothly and quietly. (Posted on 1/26/2016)
