Edge Connection Kit
Complete kit may be used with most sensing edges; kit includes two junction boxes - one for the door and one for the wall - a 3-wire coil cord (P/N 50 1042)
Each sensing edge requires a means to connect it to the door operator. The means must be able to extend and retract as the door moves. Coil cords and take-up reels fulfill this function. A wireless connection may also be used.
IMPORTANT NOTE: TAKE-UP REELS ARE NOT RECOMMENDED FOR USE WITH ANY FAILSAFE TYPE EDGE. USE COIL CORDS ONLY.
