It's right during the holidays, and I needed to order an essential replacement part (called a coupler) from Preferred Doors for my Genie garage door opener. The part was placed into the USPS mail the same day that I placed the order, and arrived here in So Cal only three days later. Preferred Doors had the part in stock, at a great price, and also provided pretty amazing service, even beating the shipping time quoted by a competitor on Amazon Prime.

Past reviews I usually take with a "grain of salt" but these guys shipped so fast it was impressive. Everything was exactly as presented online. One of the quickest "fixes" I have had.

As the garage door is the way I come /go in my day, when it broke last week, in the cold, I moderately panicked - - then my hubs found Preferred Doors!
