The Genie Intellicode Wall Console cost much less at Preferred Doors than many other places on the web and had the lowest price on the web. (Why would I want to pay over $20 more for the same new item?)I placed my order late on a Monday and was informed it would arrive on Friday, but it didn't, it arrived on Thursday, 1 day early! It took 3 minutes to install and that was it.I will use Preferred Doors in the future.

First and foremost the customer service is great! They were quick to respond to my emails about shipment status AND they were transparent about everything! I appreciate them so much for that! Our item arrived and works great :)
