I called up on a Saturday, thinking that they were open until 4 pm. After talking to Mr. Millard, and finding out that the business was closed on Saturdays, he helped me find the part that I needed for my opener. He talked me through ordering the part and packaged it up and set it up so that I could pick up the part the same day. This is the best service that I have ever received from any place at any time. Knew from garage door opener install man that I would need this device to interface with the Homelinks system. Was cheaper to buy online and intall myself. It did take clearing the old Homelinks codes in my vehicle before it worked, but now works very well. A little bummed that they dropped the price $5 after I had already bought it.

The complete gear kit was exactly as described and included everything needed to overhaul a worn out assembly. The link to the YouTube video was indispensable. The only small glitch was that the video didn't emphasize was that the plastic sprocket dust cover mounting holes require that the assembly be installed so they line up front to back. I put my opener all back together only to find that the dust cover holes were not where they needed to be. Had to fabricate my own little dust cover from a plastic cup and double stick tape it to the unit. Not pretty but it does the job. Small complaint.
