The part was placed into the USPS mail the same day that I placed the order, and arrived here in So Cal only three days later. Preferred Doors had the part in stock, at a great price, and also provided pretty amazing service, even beating the shipping time quoted by a competitor on Amazon Prime.

9 years ago the garage door man said, "now if you will use this, you will never have to call me to fix your doors!" I did it and I have never had to have him come.

My old steel rollers were about ten years old, and you never really notice how old and worn they are. What a difference! Quiet, smooth, and a lot less stress on the door opener.
