Replacement Wall ControlI needed a replacement unit for my 398LM opener, however, this model was discontinued in 2013. I ordered the 78LM model as a replacement base model and the garage door is back in business! Very simple installation with no issues, less than a 5min swap out. The unit arrived quickly, was packaged very well and contained all the items needed to install. Thank you Preferred Doors!

Exact replacementUnit arrived within promised time frame. New exact replacement for a unit that was at least ten years old. Lift two wires off old unit and lay down in same spot on new unit. Used same mounting as before. Took me about six minutes to install. Happy camper. Thank you.

Very satisfiedExact replacement for my original wall opener switch. Same functions. New product in box; well packaged. Very quick service. I still have the same problem (door unexpectedly stops for no apparent reason and has even opened on its own); so I probably didn't need to replace this switch. I will next replace the motion sensors, which I probably should have done first. My bad.

Good replacementLiftmaster 78LM was a perfect replacement for my old Raynor wall mount. Just had to disconnect 2 wires from the old unit and connect to the lift master unit and screw the unit to the wall and I was in business.
