T handleI installed it on a Clopay garage door. The holes in the t-handle stem were not drilled to fit my door. I used the old handle with the new guides. I will drill a new hole on the stem to fit the position of the inside handle.

Preferred Doors garage goor handle repair kitSirs: Hello. Your kit had all the parts for the garage door inner and outer handles and plates. My existing part broken was the outer handle plate that mounts onto the door outside. I only used your kit's outer plate.
I was unable to use your kit's inner handle because the hole in it used to insert the kit's inner handle pin was too small to accept the pin[thereby the 4-stars overall]. The pin did fit into the holes in the shaft of your kit's outer handle. So, I re-used both my existing inner and outer handles. Correcting the too-small hole in the inner handle so to fit the pin, would result in 5-stars overall.

Good purchaseThe handle was exactly as ordered and was a good fit. The quality is very good too. My only nit-pick is that it didn't include instructions. People who aren't handy may have difficulty installing the handle. A line drawing showing the proper position of the washers would be helpful. (I found using a small pair of vice grips to insert the dowel pin worked well). Over all, it was a good purchase.
