    Original package only included the cables with no advertised hardware. Upon notifying Preferred Doors they shipped the missing parts. Overall it was resolved fairly easy but the delay cost additional time before repairs could be made. They did uphold their integrity.

    All that came in the package where the cables, all the other hardware was missing. Had the order been correct it would have been a great value. Hard to give full stars to an order that came in complete.
