Excellent service and ideal result.As I write, my hands are still dirty from repairing my garage door. The pulleys work perfectly!!! But let me go back…. When I was about to place my order on line, I had a question as to when the pulleys would be shipped. So, I called to find out. The woman who picked up answered my question within seconds. Just what was needed for heavy garage doorI couldn't understand why my 45-year old garage door was suddenly having repeated failures. I had Home Depot pulleys fail after just a couple months of use where the original parts lasted many years. Well, like most everything else, replacement parts from China are not very good. Replacement parts are made for modern doors that are much lighter than my 230 lb door. I had to do some searching to find these pulleys but it was well worth it. The door now operates smoother than ever and because of the construction of these pulleys I have high confidence that the door will continue to run smoothly and safely for a long time.

3 Inch Cast Iron Pulley and Precision Bearing (300 lb Load)My 9' wide double sided steel (insulated) garage door became very noisy and shuddered as it closed. I replaced the original stamped steel pulleys with these cast iron sealed ball bearing pulleys on the tracks and springs. The door closing is quieter and it closes smoothly. These cast iron sealed bearing pulleys should greatly outlast the stamped steel replacements that are sold at building supply stores and online. I will be replacing all the pulleys on three more garage doors with these cast iron pulleys. After examining the cast iron pulleys, it appears that the sealed bearing can be replaced (if needed) by removing the retention C clip and installing the correct size replacement sealed bearing.

PerfectThese cast iron pulleys are working great. My garage door had squeaked for years. After inspecting many of the pulley's, they were in bad shape. After installing these new pulleys, the door raises and closes quietly. I am super impressed. Also, they look like they will last a long long time. However, it is too early for me to judge on the longevity of the parts yet.

Smooth and Quiet OperationI have been looking for sealed bearing garage door pulleys for a while. These fit the bill perfectly, quick delivery by Preferred doors (actually arrived a day early according to projections). A little odd on pricing with a low unit price and high shipping and handling, but overall, the best price I found. Completely satisfied.

Best pulleys I've seen yet.Ordered May 12, 2020 late in the day. Here at my house (Md) by noon Fri May 15. Great service from PDoors! Installed pulleys today. They have to be better than the junk ones sold in the big box stores. My door is old, 500lb. no longer made. As others have said the replacement pulleys don't make it a yr. Trying these. Will update as some time goes by...So far great..

Top of the line pulley!These are the best pulleys you can buy for your garage door. Yes, they are a bit pricey compared to the big box cheap junk pulleys that don’t last. Do yourself a favor, buy the best and do the job once. These should last a long time with there sealed bearings.

Better - StrongerThis pulley seems much stronger than the sheet metal ones sold at Home Depot. We have a large and heavy 2-car door, (300#), after the original 1964 vintage USA-made pulleys wore out, had been going through the lousy Home Depot ones every 6 months. Hopefully this cast iron one with a replaceable bearing will last as long as the originals. I hate working on my garage door and just want it to work with no fuss!

Great!Don't waste your time and buy the cheap galvanized, stamped, pulleys. These have real sealed roller bearings and replace the cheaper ones with no problems. I have replaced enough cheap pulleys to justify obtaining these. They function smoothly and quietly.
