These cable stops are useful if you work with stranded wire rope - they provide a safety margin to prevent loop and thimble crimps from slipping, especially important when using wire ropes for lifting or pulling.
These particular stops work exactly as expected, all appear to be consistently good quality, and they are offered at a excellent price compared to retail unit prices from the ubiquitous big yellow box stores. Since I only needed one bag of stops, shipping was actually a bigger expense with my purchase, but c'est la vie - they were still good value.
I will say that Preferred Doors LLC had the most thorough package tracking I've encountered to date - I got (via email) an initial shipping notice, another notice the day before delivery, a third notice when it was out for delivery, and a fourth notice that it had just been delivered. Someday this will be routine, maybe, but kudos for doing it ahead of the rest!
